James baker , the former US secretary of states , described the US refusal to hold a dialogue with Syria “ridiculous” . US has continuously refused to hold a dialogue with Syria as well as Iran . It is continuously accusing the Two states in Supporting “terrorism” . Mr. Baker said “I would advise the president to fully engage with Syria,” Baker has worked with Bush , The father as a secretary on state during the second war of gulf in 1991 and had visited Syria many times to meet Assad of Syria , the father to convince him to participate in the Liberation of Kuwait.
